The mother of the Duchess of Cambridge lauded the personal landmark moment on social media, just days after royal fans from across the globe sent birthday wishes to her daughter. Writing on the official Instagram account of her business Party Pieces, she announced the news to her fans that she had reached a stunning 50,000 followers on Tuesday.
Her post read: “Here are Party Pieces, we love celebrating milestones, and are thrilled to celebrate reaching 50k followers with you all.
“To mark the occasion, we are giving one lucky follower a £50 voucher to use on an upcoming celebration.”
Carole set up her own party supplies business from the Middleton’s family home in Berkshire.
Initially she distributed leaflets at her daughters’ nursery school.
As the business developed and expanded a larger premise was needed.
At first it was based at a small start up unit.
As it expanded further Carole moved it to a warehouse at Child’s Court Farm in Reading, where it has been based since 1995.
Carole’s milestone comes two days after Kate Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 40th birthday.
