Lili, who’s name was inspired by the Queen’s childhood nickname, is yet to meet her namesake the Queen after the little royal was born and lives with her parents in California.
A source previously told PEOPLE the Queen met Lili shortly after her birth via a video call.
According to the source Megan and Harry “were very excited and couldn’t wait to share that their daughter arrived”.
June 2 will be the anniversary of the Queen’s coronation in 1953.
She ascended to the throne on February 6, 1952, following the death of her father George VI at Sandringham.
However, her Coronation was delayed for 16 months to allow for a period of mourning.
Lilli’s birthday will be on June 4, 2022, during the weekend of festivities to mark the Queen’s 70 years on the throne from June 2 to June 5.
Events that weekend will include Trooping the Colour, the lighting of Platinum Jubilee beacons, a service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Big Jubilee Lunch and the Platinum Jubilee Pageant.
