London Fire Brigade confirmed the incident in a Twitter post shortly before 6am on Friday morning. At time of writing, the cause of the blaze and possible injuries are unknown.
The London brigade said there would be “more info soon”.
However, authorities have closed the road so fire services can access the property.
Traffic information service Inrix said: “A4180 West End Road closed due to building fire between Pembroke Road and Wood Lane.”
