He told readers bloating should pass, and the best way to get rid of it is to get back to your usual routine as soon as possible.
He said: “Bloating should be transient. It will happen when you eat foods that react with you (causing very short-term bloating), or you overindulge.
“People often mistake bloating with simply putting on body fat, and or eating a lot in short space of time which also increases water storage, making you feel bloated, and or fat.
“The best thing you can do is get back to eating a normal healthy diet as soon as possible, sleeping well, and getting some exercise in.
