It’s a strong club. I have a strong team, and the luck that it’s a good fit in terms of mentality, work ethic and I think you need the luck,’ he said after receiving his award.
‘I read some days ago a good quote. The journey itself matters but it’s much more important the company on the journey. I cannot agree more.
‘The company here, the support in the club from day one has been outstanding. I feel like I can be the best version of myself. I’ve been trusted, supported, and this you can never ever underestimate.’
Tuchel said he ‘couldn’t believe’ the recognition from FIFA, but insisted he did not want to appear arrogant and would refrain from believing he was the best in the world.

He takes his team in search of third title later this month when they travel to Abu Dhabi to take part in the Club World Cup.
It is an opportunity he does not want to let pass him by.
‘We will arrive very determined to win it,’ he added. ‘You never know how many chances in your life you get to win a title like this.
‘You have to win the Champions League before and you know how hard this competition is.
‘We respect the competition and the opponents but we arrive with the pure will to make it happen and collect this trophy.’

‘The minute he came to Chelsea, I knew he was born for Chelsea,’ she said.
‘He knows what it is to be the manager of Chelsea and not many of us get that privilege. But he’s great to watch, he’s a lot of fun and I’m just grateful we’ve got him at the club.’
