Usually, the Government updates the public on the latest coronavirus case rates and daily deaths at around 4pm, but today there has been a delay in the publication of this data. Here’s the reason for this delay.

The publication of data for December 29 to December 30 has been pushed back due to a “delay in receiving deaths data for England”.

Today’s UK COVID-19 update is estimated to be released at 7:30 pm.

The latest official Covid statistics are published by the Government on the Gov.uk website.

These statistics include the latest number of people who have been vaccinated, Covid cases and the number of people who have died within 28 days of positive Covid test.
