'You've got to be kidding me' Kay Burley erupts in laughter at Grant Shapps' Boris excuse

Kay Burley challenged the Transport Secretary on how he could manage to “keep a straight face” as he insisted he could not say whether Boris Johnson had broken the rules by attending the party. Reports emerged on Monday suggesting the Prime Minister was treated to a small birthday bash at Number 10 while the majority of the country remained constrained by strict coronavirus regulation. As Mr Shapps made his case for no hasty judgement on the new claims, Ms Burley was left responding: “You’ve got to be kidding me!”
